Everything was very good, nevertheless we stayed for 1 night only. Its personnel was efficient and attentive, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was perfectly clean and relaxing, I appreciated its great staff and location. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television.

Fairly nice stay for 3 nights, thoroughly enjoyed staff and rooms. The room we had included a safe box, television and a writing desk.

The buffet breakfast was marvellous: fresh bread, eggs and bacon.

Disappointing aspect was very old bathroom.

The rooms where with matterhorn view. The breakfast had lots of food, like breads, eggs and bacon. This beautiful hotel had a central setting close to ski lifts.

Stay there and enjoy your Zermatt weekend. Magnificent, spotless hotel with extraordinary rooms and really helpfull staff.

The staff was exceptional and pleasant, everything was perfect. Booked a room with stunningly beautiful views of the mountains. The venue was set in the central position just next door to the center and lifts and centre of town and bars

Best stay, we were there for 3 days. Gorgeous breakfast was included and offered breads, eggs and bacon. View of the mountains was excellent, the room was bright and relaxing.

terrific staff, prime location, personalised service. our family king room was breathtaking with a splendid view. the atmosphere created here was family. loved early check-in and easy check-out.

Nothing to complain about, good value. Continental breakfast had plenty of options, like yoghourt, bread, eggs and cheese. Stuff so very helpful there, the hotel was reasonably clean. A stunning beach, exquisite view.

Breathtaking location, fancy room, and classy staff. The pool bar in the hotel had variety of free mineral great cocktails and spirits throughout the day.

Continental breakfast was large, location adjacent to beach. The staff was funny and made me feel at home. Restaurant was small and tidy.

Efficient location for my purpose, fairly clean place. Got the same economy double room booked online, loved that. It was good to have complementary drinks in the main bar. Btw, went to city centre, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

All good — I appreciated my stay — food was cheap and my bed was soft.

This hotel was suitable place for exploring Zermatt, appreciated it. The salad bar was excellent and the staff were HELPFUL.

Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor.

The hotel was fairly clean and charming with free wi-fi. Ideal location and alpine atmosphere in the whole property. The staff was willing to help in all our needs, fabulous team. True 3-star experience, superb service. Small garden outside.

I appreciated television, a sitting area and a writing desk available in the room. The hotel was very close to stores and a market. Venue's bus shuttle was a nice bonus too.

Just walking distance from the restaurant Stockhorn Grill. The matterhorn was in the immediate vicinity...

pleasant staff and a great breakfast. we visited the north wall bar, set only 200 ft away. we enjoyed everything including service and the food.
